The expansion to 125 dealers, from 82 last year...
Many dealers said worldwide economic instability hadn't pushed them to reduce prices, saying mid-market buyers are often more inspired to purchase art for enjoyment than for investment. If anything, prices are rising, said Stuart Denenberg, whose galleries in New York and Denenberg Fine Arts West Hollywood specialize in international modernism.
