Englishman Grayson Perry Print Sells for 13 Times 2004 Price


A print by Grayson Perry sold in London last night for a price about 13 times its value in 2004.
The trial proof of Perry's limited-edition etching Map of an Englishman sold for 41,300 pounds ($82,400) to a London dealer on the telephone, Christie's International said. The work was estimated to fetch between 25,000 pounds and 35,000 pounds. [from bloomberg]
