Russian billionaire to Launch SNOB Magazine for Snobs

Mikhail Prokhorov, Russian precious metals mogul, ranked as the 24th richest man in the world with a $22 billion fortune, plans to spend $150 million setting up a magazine, website and television station called Snob.
"It's for people who are successful and those who want to be successful," said Andrei Shmarov, who will run Snob.
Snob's magazine and website, which will focus on lifestyle features, business news and travel. It will be available from this summer. [from reuters.com]
